Hi, I’m Kathryn!

I like to say that I am a “recovering” engineer. I went from a very technical job as a process engineer to a mom to two boys (and a cat named Anakin). We downsized, moved to a coastal town in North Carolina and in trying to find myself, I started writing.

I’ve always loved to immerse myself in stories and in taking a step back from my former career, I’ve found my passion with writing fantasy worlds that allow the reader to escape into a realm where anything is possible.

You’ll find the occasional doodle on the page because I also like to draw. While I have retired the original covers that I designed myself, you may see them pop up on occasion as I still really love them.
